Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 8 years of retail sales experience
- Possess excellent up-selling skills and sales techniques
- Highly committed, responsible, independent and ready to take on new or additional tasks.
- Ability to serve both English and Mandarin speaking clients
- Possess good coaching skills
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal skills, ‘can do’ attitude and result-oriented mindset
- Possess in-depth product knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
- Ability to model the way with a high level of integrity
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
Job Description
- Handling customer complaints and sales enquires
- Managing the manpower requirements at the branch
- Projecting sales targets, driving retail staffs continuously for achieving sales targets and conducting sales audit at the branch level
- Leading the way in promoting jewelleries to customers and expanding the clientele base
- Offering good product knowledge to customers in selecting and buying jewelleries
- Setting a good example in providing excellent customer service that could gain customers’ compliments
- Ensuring that the day-to-day branch operations are smooth
- Holding the responsibility in safe-keeping the cash balance and cash payments at the branch
- Monitoring the stock level and ensuring stock is tallied daily under the inventory management
- Conducting performance appraisals for retail staffs at the branch level
- Performing operational administrative duties
- Counseling, coaching, advising as well as motivating retail staffs
- Co-ordinating with the Mall Management and Security Company
- Planning and organising small events such as Tea Reception in conjunction with a special occasion
- Performing the role of “Key Holder” or “Contact Person” in the event of emergencies
